Our client, an elite national law firm, is seeking an experienced
Proposal Manager
to lead and execute the firm’s Request for Proposal (RFP) and strategic proposal efforts.
This role is central to the firm’s business development function, acting as both a strategic advisor and project manager to craft compelling, client-focused materials that showcase the firm’s strengths.
Manage multi-practice and panel RFPs from intake to submission, coordinating timelines and stakeholders while collaborating with attorneys, leadership, and cross-functional teams to develop persuasive proposals. Maintain and enhance proposal content and leverage internal systems to track opportunities and outcomes.
Law firm experience is highly preferred.
