Responsibilities:
Perform daily cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting of public areas, corridors, and resident rooms
Restock supplies and refreshments for residents
Assist with laundry, ironing, and other tasks as needed
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of storage areas and supply closets
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall experience for our residents
Required Skills and Qualities:
0-1 years of experience in a similar role (training provided)
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with diverse populations
