Job Summary: The overall goal of the Procurement Operations Strategic Buyer is to achieve the best total cost position for all external spend for Lafayette Operations, the lowest sourcing risks, best supplier performances, and ensuring highest efficiency and effectiveness for the Plant Procurement team. This Strategic Buyer position includes both creation of strategic vision and tactical management.
