KeyJobResponsibilities

Partner with the Land Acquisition team to streamline how we evaluate and pursue new land opportunities

Analyze market data, deal pipelines, and site evaluations to help teams identifywhere to build next

Improve the workflows that move a potential site from "interesting" to "under contract"

Build documentation and process maps that capture how we assess land deals so make smart decisions faster

Support the tools and systems our teams use to track opportunities, manage due diligence, and collaborate with developers

WhatYou’llDevelop

Deep understanding of homebuilding operations and land development

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365

AI skills that matter now—advanced prompting, working with AI agents, and applying AI to real business problems

Business analysis skills that translate to any industry

Clear career path with mentorship from experienced technology leaders

JobQualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or related field

1-2 years in business analysis, technology implementation, or process improvement

Analytical mindset: you can interpret data and translate business needs into requirements

Clear communicator who connects well with both technical and business teams

Curious about technology (including AI) and a passion to learn
