Salary Range : $13.00 - $15.00 Hourly

OUR OPPORTUNITY City Bird, our fast casual concept featuring our made to order chicken tenders and our unique, house made sauces, is looking for experienced shift leads for our Amelia location.
Shift leads are responsible for assisting with guest experience and the overall quality of menu items according to Thunderdome's standards and specs. We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven to grow alongside the growth of our restaurant group. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds. This position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
Knowledgeable about our food and beverage offerings
Maintains a clean and professional appearance
Follows proper compliance of safety, sanitation and health standards
Maintains a clean and efficient work station
Handles guests' requests and complaints professionally and ensures guest satisfaction
Maintains a positive and cooperative team environment
Frequently works on the line with food and beverage preparation while interacting with guests
Assisting managers in developing team members and holding them accountable to our highest standards
WHAT WE PROVIDE
