Full Time openings for 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts
Base pay is $32.48 - $33 / Shift, with differentials up to $42.00 an hour
What You’ll Do
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering care
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols

What You’ll Bring
Valid state license (LPN)
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill, with ability to work with both
Strong clinical skills including medication administration
