We're looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Ypsilanti, MI area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States. Responsibilities
Assistant Manager : Support the Store Manager to ensure the location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Enforce policies, procedures and standards; schedule mechanics/technicians; manage outside orders; ensure quality and timely completion of jobs; meet customer expectations; and uphold team safety. Service Manager : Assist customers with tire selections and under-car repair recommendations. Direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians; stage vehicle repair/maintenance work; drive sales initiatives; communicate with customers to assess needs and provide information on repairs and maintenance; ensure customer satisfaction and store experience.
