Job Overview At PFD Electric, leadership is earned through action, not titles. We're seeking a Foreman Electrician who’s as committed to the craft as they are to leading people. This is a full-time, hands-on field position managing commercial and industrial electrical projects with pride, precision, and professionalism.

As a Foreman, you’ll coordinate field crews, uphold PFD’s high-quality standards, and serve as the critical link between daily site operations and company leadership. You’ll work hard, think ahead, and make things happen—on time and within budget. Most importantly, you'll lead by example, mentoring the next generation and setting the tone for excellence on every site.

Who We Are PFD Electric LLC is an Arizona-based commercial and industrial electrical contractor driven by purpose, people, and precision. We believe in honest leadership, clean installs, and showing up with integrity every day. Our core values—Show up. Give a f*ck. File your strut.—aren’t just slogans, they’re how we work and how we lead.

We don’t do ego. We do craftsmanship, communication, and culture. If you’re tired of bureaucratic chaos or hands-off “leaders,” and you're ready to lead from the front, we’ve got a spot for you.
