Reporting to the General Manager, the Bartender is responsible for a range of key tasks and duties that contribute to the overall success and ambiance of the establishment. You play a crucial role in enhancing the overall dining experience by crafting and serving a variety of beverages with precision and flair. Your mixology skills, attention to detail, and customer service expertise contribute to a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere in the restaurant.Interact with customers in a friendly and engaging manner, taking drink orders, providing recommendations, and creating a positive and enjoyable experience. Efficiently manage drink orders, prioritize tasks during peak hours, and ensure timely service to both bar and table guests.Promote specials, new menu items, and premium beverages to increase sales and enhance the customer experience. 2+ years bartender experience in a fine dining, high volume setting. Proficiency in mixing and preparing a variety of drinks with precision and creativity.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage waitlist dynamics effectively.Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems for order entry and payment processing. Physical RequirementsAbility to perform the essential job functions consistently, safely, and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards.Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10 – 30 pounds on a regular basis and up to 50 pounds on a regular (or occasional basis).Ability to stand for prolong periods of time. Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly frequent movements from place to place within the property. Bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms, and hands above shoulder height frequently, or otherwise move in a constantly changing environment.
