Role Description This is a full-time Certified Surgical Technologist position based on-site in New Delhi. The role involves preparing operating rooms for surgical procedures, ensuring availability and sterilization of surgical instruments, assisting during surgeries, and maintaining a safe, sterile environment. The Certified Surgical Technologist will collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and other medical staff to ensure optimal patient care during operations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Surgical Technology, including sterilization, instrument setup, and equipment handling
Expertise in Operating Room procedures and protocols
Experience or training in Surgical Assisting, providing support during surgical interventions
Knowledge of Surgery and general Medical principles, ensuring adherence to safety standards
Certification as a Surgical Technologist and familiarity with current regulatory and compliance standards
Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to remain calm under pressure
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work as part of a multidisciplinary medical team
Prior experience in a hospital or surgical clinic is a plus
