**ROLE EXPECTATIONS**

**REQUIREMENTS** Successful completion of a comprehensive dealer training program or an equivalent amount of relevant experience. An in-depth knowledge of the specific casino games offered at the Rio Hotel and Casino, coupled with the ability to quickly adapt to new games and rules. Strong mathematical and communication skills. Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills, with an unwavering commitment to exceeding guest expectations. Two years of experience as a Floor Supervisor **PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**Must regularly lift and/move up 25 pounds, and must have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.This role may entail exposure to cigarette smoke, high-volume background noise, and varying shift schedules, including evening and late-night hours.
