Provides physical therapy evaluations and treatments to appropriate patients to facilitate their return to prior level of functioning as prescribed by physician.

Description Provides physical therapy evaluations and treatments to appropriate patients to facilitate their return to prior level of functioning as prescribed by physician.
What You Will Do
Administers treatment techniques competently.
Conducts patient assessment.
Develops treatment plans for patients.
Develops initial assessment in SOAP-note form utilizing appropriate documentation tool (700/701 forms).
Provides education to patients and families.
Supervises students and volunteers.
Adheres to all safety, infection control and colleague health policies and procedures.
Hours/Schedule 1.0 FTE, 80 hours per pay period; included in weekend and holiday rotation.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor degree: Physical Therapy
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Iowa.
BLS. Mandatory Reporter
Ability to communicate effectively with treatment team, supervisors, peers, patients and families.
Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and the ability to be flexible.
Strong problem-solving skills.
