To learn more about our schools, visit us at www.oflschools.org. **Pay Range:**$3,115.39 - $4,423.08 - Bi-Weekly – Depending on Experience**Job is:**Certificated**Location:** Remote + 10% in person requirement for events, PDs, etc. located in the San Gabriel Valley, Los Angeles, and Pasadena areas****\*\*Must reside in** *Southern California* **within 150 miles driving distance of an OFY/OFL school site\*\*******Our Ideal Candidate Will:*** Provide support for center staff as well as developing, and maintaining new and existing training modules, conducting various training sessions, and providing time management, instructional strategies, and organizational support to new teachers.* Deliver professional development to all staff to ensure data-driven results-based instruction for students in the implementation of standards-aligned curriculum and provide direct instruction to students through modeling, co-teaching, facilitating a cohort course, and piloting of new courses as needed.* Serve as a coach to aid in the movement of teachers from Novice to Developing by:
+ Maintaining and ensuring delivery of training modules.
+ Facilitating the development and implementation of Professional Learning Plans for all Novice instructional staff.
+ Ensuring full integration into the PLC culture.
+ Utilizing the Novice to Master Teacher metric.* Facilitate the consistent usage of benchmark assessments and implementation of new software programs to full integration.* Aid in the pursuit of academic consistency across schools including effective lesson planning, instruction, assessment, and feedback for students.* Assist Principal's staff development needs including but not limited to assessment, research, writing, presenting, and training.* Ensure annual Key Performance Indicators are met by consistently monitoring school-wide progress toward goals through data analysis.**You’ll Need The Following Minimum Requirements:*** CA Preliminary or Clear single-subject teaching credential with English Language Authorization (ELA)* Multiple Subject credentials with coaching experience are considered* Minimum 12 months of company teaching experience desired* Experience training and supporting teachers**Company Benefits and Perks:*** We offer a comprehensive benefits package to full-time staff, including accrued wellness hours, holiday pay, medical, vision, and dental coverage, incentives, and an employer-matched retirement plan.* Staff opportunities to chaperone students on experiential learning trips to amazing places like Italy, China, Cuba, and Ireland, as well as in-country trips to DC, a ranch in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, and a farm in Northern California.* We regularly hold social functions to foster a genuine camaraderie that enhances teamwork.
