We are seeking a Speech‑Language Pathologist for full‑time or part‑time roles with a
$5,000 sign‑on bonus . This position involves providing direct patient care to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions, including evaluations, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary communication. The role also includes supervising junior staff, documenting services accurately, and contributing to the team’s professional development.
Responsibilities
Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
Provide direct patient therapy and education, ensuring treatment goals are met.
Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
Supervise and mentor junior staff and interns.
Document services accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Maintain a safe and positive work environment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
Educate patients, families, and staff on communication strategies and best practices.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
Certification as a Clinical Certified Communicative/Language Pathologist (CCC).
Active licensure in California.
2–3 years of rehabilitation experience preferred.
Proficiency in performing physical tasks such as reaching and stooping.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Benefits and Compensation Compensation ranges from $55.00 to $65.00 per hour, plus a $5,000 sign‑on bonus. Health insurance and other benefits are available to qualified candidates.
