Qualifications Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License.
Responsibilities
Participate in and oversee patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending Physician.
Observe, assess, and report patient condition changes and document in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
Document EMR content relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, and change of condition, in accordance with nursing practices.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Transcribe and execute physicians’ orders; evaluate and implement patient care plans.
Direct, monitor, and coordinate timely delivery of quality patient care by subordinate staff.
Ensure patient care management systems are in-service and incorporated into patient care delivery.
