Supports the Community Manager by managing the financial and operational facets of the community, including accounting, bookkeeping, monthly close‑out, rent collection, fee processing, vendor payment, bank deposit, and reconciliation using the property management software. Responsibilities

Collect and post rent, fees, and other payments; prepare daily bank deposits and reconcile bank accounts. Prepare financial reports and process invoices and payables with accurate coding and approvals. Operate Yardi/OneSite, complete all required fields, and maintain system integrity. Review resident files to determine unpaid or late fees, communicate balances, and enforce lease revenue procedures. Review vendor invoices, reconcile work performed, obtain manager approval, code charges, and manage vendor communication. Follow eviction procedures, represent the community in court hearings, and process resident move‑outs per lease terms. Promote resident satisfaction by responding promptly to complaints and resolving service issues. Act as on‑site supervisor in the community manager’s absence, coordinate maintenance tasks, and manage operations. Assist in managing client/owner relationships, conduct tours, provide performance updates, and respond to owner requests. Physical Demands

Stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas for extended periods. Work in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, sleet). Push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to 25 lbs independently and up to 50 lbs with assistance. Travel to assist other properties, attend training, business meetings, or other situations as required. Work a flexible schedule, including call work during evenings, weekends and holidays. Additional Compensation

Base hourly salary of $23.00–$25.00. Eligible for quarterly or annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Benefits
