AS OUR PLUMBER - PLUMBING TECHNICIAN, YOU'LL GAIN:

YOUR DAY COULD INCLUDE:
Installing, maintaining, and repairing water, gas, and drainage systems
Diagnosing plumbing issues and providing effective repair solutions
Performing work in compliance with local codes and safety standards
Communicating clearly with customers and explaining service options
Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional worksite
Job Covers:
Monterey, Salinas, Seaside, Pacific Grove, Marina, Santa Cruz, Carmel-by-the-Sea, and Watsonville, CA
Schedule:
Full-time Monday through Friday schedule (8 AM–5 PM). You'll report to our Seaside office before heading out to service calls. On-call rotations are part of the role, with extra pay for after-hours emergencies.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:
2+ years of plumbing experience
Ability to provide own basic tools
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Willingness to participate in a rotating 24/7 emergency on-call schedule
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of residential plumbing experience
Backflow certification or experience
Familiarity with Seaside/Monterey County plumbing codes
Water heater install/repair experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
