We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Assistant to support a leading logistics and building materials company in Tampa. Salary: $21‑$22 per hour Shift: First Work hours: 8 AM–4 PM Education: High School
Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day administrative functions including scheduling, answering phones, and supporting service technicians.
Process work orders, purchase orders, and invoices.
Utilize systems such as SAP (preferred), QuickBooks, or other accounting/ERP software.
Collaborate with operations and accounting teams to ensure accurate documentation and workflow.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and dependability.
Qualifications
Invoicing & purchase order processing experience required.
Strong administrative support background.
SAP or ERP system experience a plus.
Light accounting experience preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Must be comfortable in an industrial environment.
Years of experience: 3 years
Experience level: Experienced
