Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist I – ECU Health, Windsor, NC

Position Summary A Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist is a professional qualified through credentialing, academic, and clinical experience to provide diagnostic patient care services using CT and related procedures. The scope of practice includes procedures permitted by law for which the technologist has received education, clinical experience, demonstrated competency, and has completed the appropriate ARRT (R)(CT) registries, which is the standard of practice in radiology.

Minimum Requirements

High school or equivalent (or higher)

Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Current ARRT (R), ARRT (N), NMCTB, or ARRT (T) and must pass CT registry test within 18 months of hire.

Primary Shift: PRN (as needed)

On Call: No

Weekends: Rotating

IMPORTANT: This position is listed as a CT Technologist I, but based on the minimum requirements that are met, the candidate of choice will be hired as a CT Technologist I, II, III or IV.
