Position Summary We are seeking a full‑time Registered Dietitian to join our Clinical team in a hybrid role based at the Durbin Pavilion location. This position will support patients onsite and remotely, providing expert nutrition counseling and evidence‑based dietary guidance for individuals with gastrointestinal conditions. The RD works closely with gastroenterologists, advanced practice providers, nurses, and clinical staff to deliver coordinated, patient‑centered care.
Essential Job Functions
Perform comprehensive nutrition assessments by reviewing patient medical history, symptoms, dietary habits, lifestyle factors, and health goals
Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans tailored to gastrointestinal conditions and patient needs
Educate and counsel patients on the role of nutrition in gastrointestinal health and disease management
Provide guidance on dietary modifications, food choices, and lifestyle adjustments to support symptom management and overall wellness
Monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition plans as clinically appropriate
Conduct follow‑up visits to evaluate outcomes, address patient concerns, and provide ongoing support
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
Participate in clinical meetings and case discussions, contributing nutritional expertise and recommendations
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the electronic health record
Utilize current research, clinical guidelines, and best practices in gastroenterology and nutrition to inform care delivery
Support hybrid workflows by delivering care both onsite at the Durbin location and remotely, as scheduled
Perform other duties as assigned in support of clinical operations and patient care

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution required
Registered Dietitian (RD) credential required
Active Florida state licensure required
Minimum of three (3) years of related clinical experience required; five (5) years preferred
Gastroenterology experience preferred but not required
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer
Periods of standing, walking, and bending during onsite clinic days
Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 30 pounds
Ability to travel to Borland Groover locations as needed
