Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages.
Monitor fetal and maternal vital signs, assess progress, and respond to emergencies.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
Educate patients and families on postpartum care and newborn care.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
Skills needed include strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication, adaptability, and compassion.
