The site includes four assisted living facilities, a large daycare center, a rehab clinic, a skilled nursing facility, and serves as the Seymour location for Prevea Health.
Purpose of the Position Plans, coordinates, supervises and implements nursing services for assigned residents as part of the gerontological interdisciplinary team. Supervises and implements care for assigned residents.
Compensation
RN starting wage: $44.00–$45.75 per hour (based on experience) + $4.00 shift differential for NOC shift
LPN starting wage: $33.50–$35.00 per hour (based on experience) + $4.00 shift differential for NOC shift
48 hours per 2‑week pay period; includes every other weekend and holiday
