Overview
Shift Supervisor (Full Time) at Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services located at Florida Gulf Coast University, Fort Myers, FL 33965.
Responsibilities
Provide training and create work schedules.
Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet performance standards.
Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
Mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous supervisory experience required.
Food handling and cashier experience required.
Open availability and willingness to work nights, weekends, and variable shifts.
