The Client Services Representative will provide administrative support by handling information requests, assisting our partners, preparing correspondence, scanning and processing tax returns, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with client billing monthly
Electronic filing of tax returns and other information
Assist with the implementation and maintenance of software systems related to the accounting profession
Distribute daily correspondence such as phone calls, mail, email and faxes; prepare written communications for the management team
Assist with office administration tasks, including the assembly and distribution of client information, interfacing with team members and clients, and scheduling of firm and team activities
File and retrieve documents, records, and reports; scanning tax return information
Assisting with purchasing, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic accounting services
Prepare agendas and make arrangements for business meetings
Additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Associates Degree in Business or related field; Bachelor’s of Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field preferred
Must have knowledge of administrative procedures
Proficient use of applicable technology; specifically Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Well organized with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
Ability to work with minimal supervision while fulfilling all obligations
Strong customer service skills
Experience in office environment and performing as an administrative assistant desirable
Occasional overtime and weekend hours required.
