Overview Kid to Kid is a buy‑sell‑trade store for babies and children, offering thousands of brands at up to 80% off regular retail prices. We’re looking for a full‑time Assistant Manager who is friendly, organized, and capable of leading a dynamic retail team.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and encourage staff to do the same.
Assist in training new and existing staff, leading by example.
Manage back stock, inventory and organize merchandise racks.
Make daily social‑media posts (reels, stories, posts).
Presort and buy incoming apparel, toys and equipment from vendors.
Ring out customers at the register, teaching them how to shop with us.
