Live Mas
within the Taco Bell team and requires a strong leader capable of motivating and leading a dynamic team. You will be responsible for leading the restaurant’s operations and ensuring every customer has a phenomenal experience.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage restaurant operations, overseeing daily functions and fostering a positive atmosphere.
Motivate, coach, and correct team members, encouraging the best service and products while embodying the Live Mas spirit.
Ensure excellent customer service, guaranteeing each guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.
Maintain organizational and time‑management standards, using effective skills to meet business objectives.
