ABOUT THE ROLE As our Lakewood Home Care Supervisor, your days are a beautiful blend of organization, empathy, and teamwork. You’re the master of schedules, ensuring that our clients receive the care they deserve precisely when they need it. You thrive in creating a supportive environment for our caregivers, empowering them to provide exceptional care with compassion and dignity.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent
Demonstrated ability to supervise staff
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and cooperatively
Proficiency with MS Office
Ability to pass criminal history and reference checks
Preferred Qualifications
Some college
Experience providing services to the elderly and/or people with disabilities
Work Schedule & Location This is a full‑time role based in the vibrant city of Lakewood, WA. Typical schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
