Wildlife Exclusion Technician

We are looking to fill a full-timepositionfor a Wildlife Exclusion Service Technician to handle residential and commercial accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, possess a willingness to learn, and becommitted to meeting the same high standards that we have established to satisfy our clients.
Must have excellent communication skills and excel in customer service and be proficient in exterior home repairs.
Previous experience in the pest control or nuisance wildlife control industry is preferred.
Details: Exclusion Technicians will be responsible for carrying out any exclusionary measures included in a work order; this may include work in attics, crawl spaces, under decks, on roofs or ladders. Each license the technician has, PAC and/or Pesticide Applicator, will add $1.50 to the base pay of $20/hr. There is a 90 day probationary period prior to benefits becoming available.
Applicant Requirements:
Professional in appearance and communication
Organized with an emphasis on document management and daily route management
Must possess a strong ability to operate a tablet and smartphone
Comfortable handling face-to-face, email, text and phone interactions with clients
Able to implement basic customer service practices
Able to lift and carry 75 pounds
A dedicated problem solver
Comfortable climbing ladders and performing thorough home inspections
This is a non-smoking position
Valid state issued drivers license
Preferred Licenses and Certifications:
Pesticide Applicator
Problem Animal Control (PAC)
Trappers Education
