Defines project scope, objectives, timelines, and project plans
Provides clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, provides updates, and manages expectations
Contributes to the creation and coordinates the execution of functional user test plans and review results for acceptability
Coordinates activities and resources for all Clinical system implementation and testing
Leads business requirement and process improvement sessions to help translate into required documentation
Provides administration and support for hosted and non-hosted Business Applications
Act as a liaison between company and software vendor to communicate all technical issues
Keep abreast of new technology developments and make recommendations regarding changes to current standards as appropriate
Develop the training strategy and ensure execution for all end-users
Continuously improve customer satisfaction
Develop and maintain vendor relationships
Builds and maintains industry knowledge
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, business-related field or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 1 year of technical experience required
Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong organizational skills
Prior SharePoint Administration experience
Project Management experience required
Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of data collection and reporting practices
Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Excel and Outlook
Demonstrated technical proficiencies
Strong oral and written communication skills
