We are seeking a full-time Program Therapist to work with a small caseload of children aged 8-14 in a residential treatment setting. Our clinicians provide individual, family, and group therapy, engaging with clients both in sessions and within the residential milieu to foster healthy relationships and emotional growth. Therapists develop personalized, trauma‑informed treatment plans based on Dr. Bruce Perry's Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics, with opportunities for intensive training and certification. Experience or interest in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy is encouraged, as all clinicians have EAP certification, and personal pets are permitted at work. Qualified candidates hold a Master's or Doctorate in a related field, are licensed or license‑eligible in NM, and enjoy working collaboratively in a supportive environment.
