Responsibilities
Administer IV infusions and medications accurately and safely.
Monitor patient responses and manage adverse reactions.
Provide patient education on treatments and care plans.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care strategies.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
Qualifications
Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of infusion therapies and related protocols.
