Physical Therapist – Providence Holy Cross Medical Center, Mission Hills, CA
Part‑time, 8‑hour day shifts.

Responsibilities The Physical Therapist plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy. Responsibilities include:
Delivering care to an age‑specific patient population (infants, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, and pediatrics).
Participating in related continuing education.
Functioning as an interdisciplinary team member.
Providing assistance to coworkers, patients, and visitors as needed.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree – Physical Therapy.
California Physical Therapist License upon hire.
National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
California Fire and Life Safety Card – National Organization within 30 days of hire.
Work experience in Physical Disabilities Setting.
Experience working with adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a Physical Therapist.
Clinical experience providing physical therapy to infants, children, or adolescents in any setting, or experience in an acute care hospital with such patients who have a CCS‑eligible medical condition.

Salary & Benefits Pay Range: $49.40 – $76.68 per hour. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
