Midnight Patrol Guard – Full Time (11pm – 7am) Available shifts: Sundays – Tuesdays 11p – 7a Job Description Nestled in a quiet area on the north side of Ann Arbor, this facility is as beautiful as its surroundings. The people who work here, along with our security team, are some of the kindest people you'll meet. Responsibilities at this site include regular walking patrols of the building, report‑writing, video surveillance, and communication. In this location we look for an equal balance of hospitality, maintaining site security and safety, and keeping an eye out for any maintenance and security concerns. This is not an armed position.

Job Qualifications Must pass a criminal background check and have a clean background. Excellent surveillance and observation skills. Experience with conflict resolution.

Strong oral and written communication capabilities.

Ability to work with team members, and clientele to manage risk and ensure compliance.

Ability to deal with and resolve problems in a professional manner.

Ability to Multi-Task

Professional appearance.

Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Optional Requirements Experience with multi‑video surveillance is a plus.

An understanding of, or the ability to learn, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.

Pay Starts at $17/hr.
