Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Test Support Technician.

What You Will Be Doing:
Providing advanced technical support for one or more project teams concurrently.
Applying a broad set of analytical and technical tools within a specific technical discipline, such as Mechanical, Quality Assurance, or V&V.
Performing troubleshooting to resolve advanced technical problems, including the application of Instron testing.
Handling multiple concurrent projects, managing priorities, and developing creative solutions to challenging problems while ensuring protocol compliance.
Mentoring, training, or coaching other designers and technicians.
Collaborating with a broad group of cross-functional staff, including engineers, vendors, and suppliers.
Supporting the full testing lifecycle from initial concept through V&V and beyond.
Required Skills & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED.
Analytical skills required to troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical problems within a single technical discipline.
Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and plan daily activities according to task priority.
Experience developing creative solutions to technical challenges while maintaining compliance with rigorous protocols.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Associate's Degree or a 2-year trade/military school degree.
Minimum of 5 years of designing or drafting experience.
Strong emphasis on Risk Reduction testing (RRT) and Verification and Validation (V&V) testing.
Technical skills and knowledge in a second technical discipline to enhance cross‑functional collaboration.
Experience with Instron testing equipment.
Pay: $36.69 - $52.41 /hr.
