Security Officer - NYP-Westchester Behavioral Health Center - Full Time

Security Officer – NYP-Westchester Behavioral Health Center – Full Time At NewYork‑Presbyterian Hospital, security officers help protect patients, visitors, employees and property across our medical and academic campuses by maintaining access control and responding to emergency situations. They serve as first responders who provide critical support during medical emergencies.

Position requires weekend Saturday and Sunday/holiday coverage.

Preferred Criteria

Bachelor's degree with at least two years of criminal justice coursework or a related field, or prior military experience.

Prior security experience.

Required Criteria

Current NYS security guard license.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 90 days, renewed every two years.

Driver's license.

Compensation and Benefits Salary: $27.30 per hour. Competitive compensation includes tuition reimbursement, hospital retirement contributions, financial planning assistance, and other benefits.
