Schulte Companies is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Room Attendant to join the Courtyard by Marriott Little Italy Hotel team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences through meticulous housekeeping, cleanliness, and prompt service.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company‑mandated standards.
Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels.
Understand and follow all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel.
Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, hours of operation, and surrounding areas (e.g., mall, restaurants).
Ensure rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
Identify items guests have left behind and report items using the hotel’s lost and found procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Ability to multi‑task.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Team player.
Ability to exceed guest expectations.
Knowledge of cleanliness standards.
The hiring process may consist of a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment.
