Job Description Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager at our Berkeley, United States location! We're seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to help lead our operations and drive success.

Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow

Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high performance standards

Implement and maintain company policies and procedures

Manage inventory and supply orders to optimize stock levels

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving sales and customer satisfaction

Assist in creating employee schedules and managing payroll

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Participate in hiring and onboarding processes for new team members

Analyze sales data and prepare reports for upper management

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in a similar role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities

Proficiency in basic computer applications and point‑of‑sale systems

Customer service‑oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance

Ability to pass a criminal background check

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Strong organizational and time‑management skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Positive attitude and enthusiasm for team success
