Responsible for everything that happens during your shift: cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.

Qualifications
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Orientation and training provided on the job.
Communication skills: comprehend and give correct written instructions, verbal communication with customers and co‑workers.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
Make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination for precise movements with speed.
Essential Functions/Skills

Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Work Conditions
Varying weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
In‑store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F+.
Exposure to fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F.
Hot surfaces, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts.
Physical Requirements
Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing.
Lift up to 50 lbs, stack up to 72″ high, carry up to 30 lbs of sauce.
Push or pull tram handles requiring up to 7.5 lbs force.
Perform forward bending, crouching/squatting, reaching above 72″.
Hand tasks: eye‑hand coordination, use of hands continuously.
Driving Specific Job Duties
Deliver product by car to customer door.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
Access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within delivery area.
Additional Information Stooping/bending, forward bending at the pizza assembly station, and other physical tasks are common during the day. Workers must manipulate pizza peel, rolling cutter, and cardboard box assembly.
