Job Requirements
Must be 16 years of age or older.
Operate all store equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product and assemble orders efficiently.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
Clean equipment and facilities daily.
Complete training and orientation as provided onsite.
Demonstrate communication skills (verbal and written).
Essential Functions / Skills
Basic math: add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately.
Give correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for order processing.
Motor coordination for rapid, precise movements.
Enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen.
Physical Requirements Standing:
Most tasks performed from a standing position.
Walking:
For short distances and short durations.
Lifting:
Bulk product deliveries, including cases weighing up to 50 pounds.
Carrying:
Heavy items such as pizza sauce (30 lbs) and pizza dough trays (12 lbs each).
Pushing / Pulling:
Trays on dollies up to 7.5 pounds of force.
Stooping / Bending:
Frequent until ~45 seconds per repetition during the day.
Reaching:
Up, down, forward, and above 72 inches to turn oven controls or access shelves.
Additional tasks include cleaning low areas, using a pizza peel, and handling small tools such as a pizza cutter.
Work Conditions Exposure to varying temperatures, fumes, cornmeal dust, and sharp edges. Work inside the walk‑in cooler or near the oven (up to 500°F). Shift temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F+.
