Job Summary The Treasury Management Implementation Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for commercial clients, overseeing the onboarding process and providing ongoing technical support for Treasury products. This role ensures a seamless client experience by managing documentation, troubleshooting system issues, and educating users on platform capabilities.
Core Responsibilities 1. Client Onboarding & Implementation
Lead the onboarding and training for commercial clients on products including
Online Banking (Wires) ,
Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) , and
Bill Pay .
Ensure all Treasury Management agreements and legal documents are accurately completed and executed prior to service activation.
Educate clients on account services, system functionality, and best practices to ensure high adoption rates.
2. Relationship Management & Support
Act as the day-to-day primary contact for Treasury Product inquiries.
Provide Level 1 technical support for internal and external stakeholders, resolving system functionality questions and moderate technical issues.
Proactively manage client expectations by providing timely responses to inquiries, instructions, and emails.
Assist with billing inquiries and general banking needs related to transaction accounts.
3. Operations & Continuous Improvement
Track and document reported issues to identify trends for process or system enhancements.
Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly reports for senior management.
Support the Treasury Management Excellence Center (TMEC) Manager and Team Leads with special projects and administrative tasks.
