Hourly Rate : $17.25 - $18.95 (includes shift differential)

Warehouse Operations Overview Operations is responsible for materials handling and product distribution in a distribution or manufacturing environment. Includes warehousing and fulfillment of materials and products, transportation, inventory management as well as demand, supply and manufacturing planning. Warehouse Operations performs or controls a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for receipt, storage, and shipment of product, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. It also ensures efficient flow of products from vendor receipt to shipment to internal and external customers.
Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Comfort working with heights 20-30 ft regularly
Ability to follow direction and change priorities
Good verbal and written communication skills
Experience with technologies such as computers or point of sale systems is a plus
High School Diploma/GED preferred
Experience with material handling equipment highly preferred
Responsibilities
Follow established process to fulfill orders: accurately pick products, perform quality control checks, pack products, and prepare orders for shipment.
Cross‑train in multiple areas of the warehouse and participate in projects as needed.
Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Be willing to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment as required by job duty. Example equipment includes order picker (cherry picker), forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, and walkie rider.

Learn and apply new information and methods to work in assigned area.
Maintain appropriate licenses, training and certifications.
Work on routine assignments that require some problem resolution.

Work under moderate degree of supervision.
Work typically involves regular review of output by work lead or supervisor.
Refer complex or unusual problems to supervisor.
