Primary Function Handles incoming security calls, dispatches officers, monitors CCTV and alarms, and keeps accurate incident logs. Maintains professional communication and supports hospital staff with a customer-focused approach.
Job Qualifications/Specifications
Prior experience in security, law enforcement, dispatch, or public safety communications preferred.
Proficiency in radio communication and basic computer applications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to compose clear, detailed reports.
Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English.
Ability to multitask and make quick, sound decisions under pressure.
Commitment to teamwork, integrity, and exemplary customer service.
