Our team is looking for an Acquisition Growth Leader who will work remotely from within the United States.
Responsibilities
Lead the diligence and integration planning for post‑close growth strategies across marketing, sales, industry, and geographic markets.
Act as the primary growth liaison collaborating with Corporate Development and Growth leadership.
Develop a standardized growth strategy template with 60, 90, 180+ day milestones.
Review third‑party growth diligence reports and conduct SWOT analyses of target firms’ growth engines.
Engage with Core Service Line leaders (Audit & Tax) to understand target firms’ go‑to‑market approaches.
Engage with Advisory leaders to identify 2–3 high‑potential cross‑sell opportunities.
Collaborate with Corporate Development leadership to project organic growth metrics and cross‑sell metrics.
Execute the growth strategy for the first 12–18 months post‑acquisition.
Coordinate with the Growth operations team to ensure data migration supports effective marketing and measurable results.
Engage with Core Service Line leaders to execute target firm GTM plans.
Engage with Advisory and relevant domain leaders to execute identified cross‑sell opportunities.
Track pipeline, wins, and cross‑sell saturation with the Growth team (Sales and Marketing).
Lead market outreach efforts, including roadshows and client/prospect meetings.
Ensure new personnel are assigned to industries within the first 30 days.
Produce monthly milestone reporting and outcome tracking.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
10+ years of experience in a growth‑focused role with a proven track record in driving acquisition strategies in business development or marketing.
Experience in the professional services industry or other industries where highly skilled talent is a critical element of the company’s service offerings.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive strategic growth initiatives.
Excellent analytical skills to interpret market data and trends effectively.
Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and influence without authority.
Proficiency in developing and maintaining business partnerships.
Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
