Onto Innovation strives to optimize customers’ critical path of progress by making them smarter, faster and more efficient.**Job Summary & Responsibilities*** Prepare journal entries for monthly close, analyze assigned accounts and perform bank & other GL reconciliations.* Complete monthly account reconciliations in Oracle-Arc’s (Oracle Account Rec Cloud Service)* Process payments weekly for ACH, Check, Wires and coordinate with AP Team members.* Work with internal and external audit requests.* Adhere to SOX AP internal company compliance.* Reconcile AMEX accounts for payment processing.* Colloborate with AP Team along with external departments such as Purchasing.* Contribute to an environment of continuous improvement focusing on streamlining AP processes.**Qualifications*** Knowledge of Oracle ERP required.* Ability to work in a Team environment.* Computer Skills- Microsoft Excel, Oracle ERP, Oracle-Arc’s (Oracle Account Rec Cloud Service & SAP).* 1099 reporting knowledge a plus.* 5-10 years of experience in an AP environment.At Onto Innovation, we believe your work should matter—and so should your well-being.
