Overview
ABM Electrical Power Services is looking for NETA Technician Apprentices. Under the direct supervision of certified NETA Technicians, the apprentice will be exposed to field work such as electrical power systems testing for low, medium, and high voltage environments, analyzing data, creating reports, performing IR scans and detecting hot spots on electrical systems. This role has the potential for growth and career development, as ABM is a NETA accredited company capable of providing a career path to certification for successful trainees.
Position Summary Pay: $25‑$35 Hourly.

Responsibilities
Learn from Certified NETA Technicians
(Under the supervision of a NETA technician) Perform testing for electrical systems & apparatus.
Learn to use the required tools to perform the job.
Perform IR Scanning (Infrared‑Thermal Imaging) on electrical systems.
Create reports.
Assist other technicians.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have a valid driver license.
Must be able to climb ladders.
Valid ET card or related electrical school program.
Preferred Qualifications
Customer Service Experience
1 yr. of similar work experience
Similar career certification or school program
MOS Army 12P, AF 3E032, Navy H190
