Bonus Emergency Unit

Your ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritize needs, and provide quality patient care will make a significant impact in our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Assessment:
Conduct thorough and accurate assessments of patients to identify health issues and care needs.
Diagnosis and Treatment Planning:
Collaborate with doctors and staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Care Management:
Oversee patient care provided by the healthcare team, ensuring adherence to professional practice standards.
Patient Monitoring:
Continuously monitor patient responses and adjust care plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.
Multi-tasking:
Effectively manage and prioritize multiple cases to ensure timely and appropriate care delivery.
Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Licensure:
A current, valid nursing license (RN) is required.
Certification:
Must hold Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or be able to obtain it within 30 days of starting.
Specialized Skills:
Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Experience:
experience in a similar role is required
