Asset Health Support Technician
Location: Enterprise House, Lincoln / Home-Based (with travel to Lincoln as required)
Contract: 9 months FTC/Secondment | Full-Time with flexibility for part-time
Salary: Circa £28k per annum

About The Role As an Asset Health Support Technician, you'll be at the core of data management, system monitoring, and operational excellence, ensuring clean, safe water reaches our customers every day. This is a desk‑based role, but it’s packed with responsibility, collaboration, and impact.
Responsibilities
Managing & monitoring operational data to maintain smooth operations
Tracking key maintenance programs and ensuring compliance
Updating & maintaining corporate systems (SAP, GNET, IRIS)
Providing administrative support and coordinating with stakeholders
Qualifications
Detail‑oriented – spot the small things that make a big difference
Problem‑solver – think ahead and fix issues before they arise
Tech‑savvy – comfortable with data management & IT systems
Team player – collaborate well but also thrive when working alone
Ownership – take charge of workload and follow processes effectively
GCSE (or equivalent) in a technical subject
Bonus if you have experience in water distribution systems (or packages like SAP/GNET)
Proactive thinker with strong communication skills
