Responsibilities Provide outpatient physical therapy services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic modalities for patients in a 5‑day, 8‑hour day schedule.
Required Qualifications
Licensed PT in Maine (PT‑MA)
BLS certification
Social Security Number (SSN)
Date of Birth (DOB)
Two references covering full work history
Mask fit test and proof of COVID‑19 vaccination
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years outpatient experience
Experience working in outpatient settings
MA license (if applicable)
