Position We are seeking an outgoing Paramedic to join our medical team on a large construction project in Ellendale, North Dakota. This is a part‑time hourly role with a 2‑year project timeline.
Role Summary The role of this position is to provide injury triage and management, support the safety team, and keep the workforce safe every day.
Typical Day
Understanding occupational medical care and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations
Providing injury triage, treatment, and management
Assessment and treatment of both occupational and non‑occupational injuries and illnesses according to evidence‑based medical protocols
Collaborating closely with the project safety team and assisting with morning “Stretch and Flex” and site walks
Providing superior customer service to our client and employees
Conducting new hire procedures such as jobsite orientation and drug testing
Participating in the weekly on‑site staff meeting conducted by Management to discuss cases and operations
Understanding workers' compensation programs and risk management
Helping to identify risks for workers
Maintaining a fully stocked, organized, and clean medical clinic
Working in coordination with medical and operational leadership, local medical providers, and client staff
Building and maintaining customer relationships through collaboration with the project safety team
