Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact between our clients and our company and schedule and conduct meetings to discuss any follow-up issues or items that need to be addressed Provide administrative support such as screening and making calls, booking appointments, etc. Verify all loan package documentation received is accurate and complete in accordance with company policy and procedures and report any discrepancies to the loan originator/loan officer Gather and coordinate necessary loan documentation for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork Handle all customer and in-house inquiries about transactions so the process is smooth and customers receive excellent service Assist in preparing CDLP reports, summaries, and case-specific mortgage scenarios Draft emails, templates, and follow-up communications Monitor deadlines and follow up with clients, attorneys, and financial professionals Support day-to-day operations for the CDLP practice Participate in weekly check-ins and ongoing training Qualifications

Computer proficiency required including MS Office; some CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferred NMLS license or training is not required, but is desired Strong understanding of loan financing options such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/fixed, commercial loans, etc. Excellent customer service and communication skills and willing to go above and beyond for customers and team 5+ years of professional office environment experience as a loan officer assistant or mortgage assistant preferred Must reside in Montana. Prior legal experience preferred. Compensation

Compensation:

$41,600 - $48,500 yearly
